Each charter comes with an experienced crew, safety gear, fuel, and basic non-alcoholic refreshments. Depending on the type of service, additions vary—for example, sunset tours include gourmet snacks and non-alcoholic drinks, while corporate charters come equipped with meeting facilities and business-friendly catering choices.
How far in advance should I book?
Booking roughly 2–3 weeks before your intended date is advisable, particularly in the high season from May to September. For corporate functions and special gatherings, securing a date 4–6 weeks early will assure better availability and allow for customized arrangements.
What happens if weather conditions are poor?
We prioritize your safety above all. Should the captain determine that the weather conditions are unsafe, we offer the option to reschedule to another suitable date or provide a complete refund. We keep a close watch on the weather and will get in touch with you a day prior if there's uncertainty regarding conditions.
Can I bring my own food and beverages?
Certainly, personal food and drinks are permitted onboard. Nevertheless, we offer excellent catering services tailored to your tastes. Note, we do not allow glass containers onboard for safety purposes.

What is your cancellation policy?
If you cancel more than 72 hours before take-off, you will receive a full refund. Those who cancel between 24 and 72 hours before departure are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the charter are not refundable, except in cases of poor weather or mechanical failures on our part.
